Founder History
Zeina Majdalani Khabbaz is the founder and CEO of ZMK landscape
architects. Zeina graduated from Cornell university, Ithaca, New
York in 1986, in Landscape Architecture and went on to London to
sharpen her skill within British Firms. When Zeina felt Confident
enough to start her own practice, she went on to open her own little
office in London contracting mostly residential projects and sub
consulting larger projects for well-known landscape architectural
firms
Geographical move was strongly recommended to interact harmoniously
with close neighboring clients in the Middle East. To this effect,
Zeina moved her office and premises to Beirut, Lebanon to become the
base office for the Dubai, Doha and California offices.
Zeina is currently
heading a team of landscape architects, architects, Urban planners
and Engineers at ZMK
Landscape Architects, Beirut office. She indulges in all sorts of
activities within her practice, however, she concentrates mainly on
creating the concept to any design given and supervises the scope of
work from then on, up to the delivery to the client. Zeina makes it
her business to follow up on all landscape issues from design to the
.client’s satisfaction She coordinates the work among teams in her
office, assigns the projects to the selected designers and
supervises the quality of .work up to the submission to the client
.She has won project’s competition at many stages in her life ZMK is
today considered among the most qualified Landscape , Architects
office in the region, with simultaneous offices in Dubai Doha in
Qatar, and California. U.S.A
